Crystal Sound Bath Water Ceremony- with water from Mt. Shasta

Water is life. Water holds vibration. Our physical bodies are roughly 60% water and we have known for years that water can also hold intention. The two dance, move, join, and merge to create a beautiful partnership infused with Light Codes, and High Vibrational Energies. Sirah will fill her 7 chakra colored quartz crystal singing bowls with filtered water from Mt. Shasta. Throughout the 40 minute crystal sound bath the water will become infused with healing vibrations from the sound waves, including chakra alignment, negative energy removal, and positive energy infusion. The water will also absorb the healing energy from our group, and your own personal intention within its molecular structure. At the end of the Sound bath, you will be offered a small vial of Sound Wave Charged, Mt Shasta Water to take home with you. Ideas for your ceremonial water : drink it, put it in your bath, place it on your altar, offer it to Mother Nature, cook with it, make your own energy spray, put it in your hot tub, use it for ceremonies and so much more. The doors of the Hanai Foundation will open at 4:45 pm, Sound Bath will start promptly at 5 PM. Please bring with you whatever you need to make yourself comfortable. Some suggestions would be a yoga mat, blankets, pillow, bolster, eye mask, journal, and water. This event will be capped at 30 attendees and will have a waitlist available if sold out. Sound Baths may assist your physical and emotional body in: stress relief, better sleep, improved mood, deeper relaxation, heightening focus, heightened energy, as well as providing a feeling of rejuvenation. Sirah play 7 Chakra Colored, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls to produce sounds including the tones of C, D, E, F, G, B, and A. While "singing", these bowls produce healing frequencies in 432 Hz. Allowing you to relax into a meditative state, deepening your experience, and connection with yourself. Assisting your brain to move into Alpha (relaxed brain state), Theta (deep relaxation), or even Delta (sleepy time ) during the Sound Bath.
