Winter is meant to be a time of rest, and reflection. A time to slow down with Mother Nature , allowing stillness, darkness, and giving yourself integration time for all you have accomplished over the year. This is also the time to clear out any old patterns or emotions that do not serve your present life goals. Thus creating the space to plant what you want to manifest during the upcoming year. Sound healing is a gentle, and loving way that can help you to do just that.

Death of the old....so that you have space to rebirth yourself bigger, better, and more connected to your higher self. Our group's intention will be to help support our body, mind, and spirit into this natural change with ease and grace.To create some beautiful ambiance , Sirah will be setting up flameless candles all over the forest room. Candlelight symbolizes birth, death, resurrection, and sacredness. It also represents the light amid the darkness of life, your bright future, and the vitality of the sun.

What to bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat or blanket
• Pillow, and/or Bolster
• Eye mask and/or wash cloth

The doors of the Hanai Foundation will open at 6:20PM

Sound bath will start promptly at 6:30 PM.

This event will be capped at 25 attendees and will have a waitlist available if sold out.
